Our VIP Customer Program

Our VIP customers receive a separate visit for their AC and heating system (see below for the list of items checked). After your maintenance has been completed, your technician will go over all findings with you to alert you to any concerns. Our goal is 100% transparency. Feel free to join our technician during the process!

For your air conditioner, our technicians will:

  • Calibrate thermostat (where applicable)
  • Check and change filters if provided
  • Check temperature drop over coil
  • Inspect and clean evaporator coil (when accessible)
  • Algae pan tab treatment for indoor coil
  • Visually inspect accessible duct work
  • Inspect blower and adjust speed if necessary
  • Pull and clean blower if necessary
  • Inspect and vacuum condensate drains
  • Check for proper refrigerant charge
  • Verify capacitors are in specifications
  • Check and tighten electrical connections
  • Check all safety controls
  • Check condenser fan motor bearings
  • Check condenser fan motor amps
  • Check compressor amps
  • Inspect accessible refrigerant piping
  • Remove debris and clean the condenser coil
  • Apply rust preventive coating to the condenser
  • Apply rust preventive coating to line drier
  • Check that the condenser is level

For your heating equipment, our technicians will:

  • Calibrate thermostat (where applicable)
  • Check and change filters if provided
  • Check temperature rise
  • Inspect and clean evaporator coil (when accessible)
  • Algae pan tab treatment for indoor coil
  • Inspect and vacuum condensate drains
  • Visually inspect accessible duct work
  • Inspect blower and adjust speed if necessary
  • Pull and clean blower if necessary
  • Check and tighten electrical connections
  • Verify capacitors are in specifications
  • Check and tighten electrical connections
  • Check all safety circuits
  • Check circuits for the proper amp draw
  • Check and clean the flame sensor (Gas Heat)
  • Inspect the ignition components (Gas Heat)
  • Inspect burner assembly (Gas Heat)
  • Check and adjust burner operation (if necessary)
  • Inspect heat exchanger with a camera (Gas Heat)
  • Verify safe operation of the heater
